Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed after the transaction is completed, we will not be able to approve your refund request.

Some goods or services are not eligible for refund policy:

  • Prizes/Giveaways
  • Limited/Special Goods
  • Limited/Special Service

To complete a refund, we need your transaction invoice.

Tarot Reading Service

Generally, Tarot Reading Services do not provide refunds. If you need help to understand the reading results, please go to the "Contact Us" page to ask us.

In the event of a refund, a full or partial refund will be made according to the situation.

Some refunds scenario are listed below for reference only. Every time a refund request is made, we will need to review the situation before deciding whether to refund.

Circumstances where a full refund is allowed:

  • The question that the customer wants us to read for is not within the scope of our service
  • We cannot provide reading services due to special circumstances

Circumstances where a partial refund is allowed:

  • We are unable to provide reading results within the specified time due to special reasons (delayed submission)
